SO. Fleur is a French-Mediterranean fine-dining restaurant celebrating the epicurean journey in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
It’s a place to gather and share inspiring conversations whilst tasting the most refined food and pastry, drinking the finest tea & coffee surrounded by flowers, master classes, activities, and much more. SO. Fleur creates a culinary journey of discovery in every visit that entices your senses.
Our philosophy
SO. Fleur’s journey starts with taste, experience and inspiration. Inspired by the beauty and taste of French-Mediterranean cuisine, the culinary team are passionate about pairing high-quality, local ingredients with classic and contemporary fine-dining techniques.
The Brand encapsulates an experience that is not only recognized for the attraction of its Chefs, but also for the exceptional service, inspiring activities and opulent atmosphere.
Our activities include floral, culinary and artistic Masterclasses as well as a mesmerizing flower boutique led by our Master Florist, Robert Koene.
We believe in service excellence, recognition and refined luxury, in an atmosphere and environment that feels like home and is easy to settle into.

The cuisine is richly selective, drawing its influences from the French with Mediterranean fusion in an array of flavors that story-tell the journey through the many cultures that have occupied the Arabian Peninsula.
A delectable ensemble of French, Italian, and Mediterranean foods, with a subtle infusion of Saudi elements, encouraging sharing and representing a selection of appetizers, main courses, desserts and pastries. Our entertainment
An action bar is the showcase of the operation during dining hours, a Mixologist is present churning mocktails, creating a vibe and providing an astounding backdrop to the energetic hustle of the operation and the conversational buzz among the patrons.
The space is infused with moods created by signature playlists that tickle the senses and trigger memories of harmony, peace, and sublime French and Italian beats. In the mezzanine level, a selection of masterclasses are hosted in the Culinary, Floral and Artistic departments.
Our florals
Robert Koene, our Master Florist, will curate for you the most exclusive flowers arrangements in our restaurant boutique, to providing catering for events, educating through our masterclasses as well as consulting for interior, landscape and garden designs.Robert holds an immense passion for floristry and refined craftsmanship; a passion that has been birthed, influenced, and nurtured by vast learnings and a genuine love for nature that has been passed down to him from generations before. Over the years, diverse clients have excitedly shared their appreciation for the beauty expressed through refined elegance and have entrusted us to visually interpret their culture, visions, and dreams.
Our decor
The atmosphere speaks to a luxuriousness of service, sophisticated and opulent, yet easily accessible and comfortable to relax in.The design direction takes the form of a historic French Era with an orientalist touch, The host desk is topped with a bouquet of Czech-made, custom-designed crystal pendants. The center of the venue houses a sculpted marble bar counter with a panda marble countertop whose veins continue on the floor. This counter is surrounded by colonnades and topped by a crystal dome made of more than 300 mouth-blown crystal components. The wall behind the counter is an out-of-the-ordinary composition of classic French arches rhythmed by Paul Rousso sculptures. The upper part is a gold metallic eye-catching feature that flows down. Further down is a leather and marble-cladding spiral staircase giving access to the more exclusive mezzanine.
The mezzanine is a more cozy atmosphere, with wood herringbone flooring, Christian Lacroix wall covering, and an eclectic sofa defining the artistic backdrop. Its ceiling is a contemporary interpretation of classic European moldings, and a feature LED wall offers the option of hosting events. The highlight is a private room that sits cantilevered on the edge of the mezzanine, the privacy enforced by the single-sided mirror cladding of the room offering an impressive bird's eye view over the ground floor.
